We met Soha and Sherry about 8 years ago when they door knocked on our property in Bella Vista. Whilst we weren't looking to sell then and had a couple of moves in between, when we finally made the decision - selecting Soha as our agent was a no brainer. Soha is professional, personable, patient and understands that in this world, whilst everything has been commoditised, people still buy off people and therefore his client experience, relationship and listening ability were very important to me and my husband. In addition to this, he had extensive knowledge and experience of the Bella Vista market. Without a doubt selling a property in a Covid-19 environment caused some anxiety for us as owners but Soha always managed to re-assure us and the trust we had developed through this time , ensured that we achieved the best possible outcome despite going through a rescinded contract and then Covid.
