Amazing Experience
"Reuben over-delivers! We allowed him two open houses to find a good buyer; he did it with one. We were demanding but he delivered a result beyond our expectations.
Reuben was available virtually 24/7 before and during the sale campaign. He was already helping us even before we appointed The Avenue to sell our property.
We chose him among a number of real-estate agents because of his helpfulness, market knowledge (macro & micro), passion, commitment, buyers reach and multi-language skills. During the campaign, we were further impressed by his attention to details and high standards. Last but not least, he negotiated a win-win outcome between the buyer and us.
